Buying stuff

You buy things via Paypal. If this is a totally confusing system for you, email us, and we will try to work out another way for us to get hold of your money.

Getting stuff

When we have gotten hold of your money, we will get you something. It's only fair, right? As we are only just starting this up, we have *no idea* as how long time shipping will take to different places of the world, but a good guess would be to allow for at least 4 - 6 weeks if you live really far away from everywhere else. We'll notice you via e-mail when we have shipped your stuff.

Return policy

Since our current media product line consists of CD-Rs, we can not guarantee that you will be able to play the discs on each and every CD/DVD player in existence. We test evey disc we make to be playable. If you cannot play a disc you receive from us, please try it in a couple of different CD or DVD players before considering it unplayable.

• At least one Full Color Card Inlay, printed on High Quality paper stock*
• Audio CD burned on TDK ZCD-R80PTWIRW Industrial CD-R stock
• Audio CD burned with NEC ND-5210A DVD burner hardware on a dedicated system for maximum quality.
• Software used: Nero Burning ROM v 6.x

* The No Name No Number series does not have this, but instead a paper cover.
